For regular samples, we can send them out within two days. Customs samples usually take 7 to 14 days.

For regular orders, there is no MOQ request. But for OEM orders, it's 500pcs.

The MOQ for custom logos on products is 100pcs. The MOQ for the custom logo on the packaging is 500 pcs.

For OEM orders, the lead time is 45 days.

All the rechargeable lights come with a battery, charger, and cable. And some of them also with a pocket clip.

We do not offer promotions recently but we will have a ladder quotation according to different quantities.

Various payment methods are available, including PayPal, Western Union and T/T.

  • DHL, EMS, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and more will ship orders under 500kgs.  And usually, the time in transit takes 5-12 days.
  • For volume orders over 500kgs, they will ship by sea and take 15-35 work days in transit.

The warranty period for our products is one year, and we try our best to serve you with high-quality flashlights and after-service.

No. We use Cree LED. The quality is stable, and the lifespan of our LEDs is up to 100,000 hours.

When the output can’t meet your lighting needs, then change to new battery.  For some rechargeable flashlights, batteries are fixed in the light, can’t not be take it out.

Generally, yes, as there is over-charged protection in the battery. But we suggest you disconnect the light and the charger after the light is fully charged.
