As a manufacturer of high-quality flashlights and headlamps, we unwaveringly prioritize quality and subject our products to rigorous testing to ensure our customers can use them with confidence. Each flashlight produced at Hereoutdoor’s factory undergoes rigorous quality control checks involving more than ten steps. Here are the steps we take to ensure our products meet the strict requirements of professionals:
As a reliable supplier, we strive to offer honest and dependable products and services, providing accurate and truthful technical specifications.
Half of the quality assurance comes from production, and the other half comes from inspection.
With over 20 years of experience in flashlight production, we have a deep understanding of the materials used for each component. We consistently choose materials that offer the best combination of performance and cost-effectiveness. We rarely make mistakes in selecting raw materials.
Upon receiving raw materials, our warehouse employs dedicated quality control personnel who perform thorough random sampling inspections on each product. We take meticulous measures to ensure that the materials used meet our stringent requirements.
In Hereoutdoor, our every pre-production sample must pass the following tests before proceeding with bulk production.
The salt spray test is to test are all the materials can bear the salt and other chemical corrosion.
IP waterproof test tests whether the light can work on rainy days. The tests were conducted in strict accordance with ANSI standards.
Before final packaging, we charge and discharge each headlamp or flashlight for three cycles to ensure their safety and reliability.
The switch is tested to ensure the switch’s lifetime and exclude the switch that bounces back weakly.
When warehousing the batteries, we charge and discharge them three times each to ensure their safety and reliability.
Put the light into an electric thermostatic drying oven and discharge it continuously for 5 hours at a temperature of 50℃ ± 2℃.
Put the light into the ultra-low temperature preservation box, at -40℃ ± 2℃ temperature continuously for 8 hours, and the light still works.
Turned on the tested light and put it on the electromagnetic vibration test stand with a frequency of 55 Hz for 30 minutes. The light is still keep working.
Turn on the light and drop it from a height of one meter in six different directions, and it still keeps working.
The quiescent current test avoids a quiescent current when the light is off and not working. A high quiescent current will shorten the storage time and increase the charging frequency.
The tension test tests the reliabilities of the lanyard, o-ring, spring, or anything with a hanging function when using.
Hit the most vulnerable parts of the flashlight with a certain amount of force, such as the reflective cup, lens, switch, etc. This test mainly tests the robustness of the light.
After production, we conduct a 100% inspection on each flashlight. Each flashlight undergoes three cycles of charging and discharging in simulated usage experiments. Only flashlights that pass the tests are packaged and shipped. This inspection process typically takes about one week.
All our flashlights are securely packaged with inner boxes and five-layer export cartons to ensure they remain intact after long-distance travel.
You will receive a two-year limited warranty service.
